Kathy George (aka K W George) studied creative writing at the Queensland University of Technology and has a master’s degree in Australian Gothic Literature. She has had short fiction and memoir published in numerous Australian literary journals, including Meanjin and The Big Issue Fiction Edition. Her Gothic manuscript, Sargasso, shortlisted for the ASA/HQ Commercial Fiction Prize, was published by Harlequin in February 2021. She lives in Brisbane with her family.

Kathy’s second novel Estella is published by Harlequin and her third, The Scent of  Oranges is now available.
